Biography for Sue Hayes Fallin
Sue was an active member of Whitesburg Baptist Church in Huntsville, AL for 13 years and then currently at Shiloh Baptist Church near their home in Somerville, AL for past 9 years. Sue and Durwood serve as Sunday school teachers to the Young Married class. Sue is also a Women’s Ministry Board member. The Fallins are also on the Board of Directors for Joyful Christian Ministries, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sue has completed six years of Bible Study Fellowship and four years of Community Bible Study.
August 11, 1995, God miraculously healed Sue after twelve years of chronic, then critical illness from four autoimmune diseases: Lupus, Sjogren’s syndrome, Addison’s and Myasthenia gravis.
Sue Fallin is the author of Gathering Manna: Finding God’s Grace in Life’s Wilderness. In the past 15 years, she has spoken in 26 states at Women’s conferences, retreats, church services, banquets, civic organizations, Medical Schools, etc. She has spoken on seven military installations at PWOC, as well as, there regional and national conferences. She has spoken in two foreign countries. She has appeared on 700 Club and also, Dr. Rhonda Kelley’s show, “Woman to Woman” in New Orleans. She also appeared on “Healing Miracles Ministry” television show in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Sue started Gathering Manna Ministries, which is dedicated to offering hope and encouragement to women dealing with difficult circumstances in their life.
